There is an area called Satya Niketan near the college where you can find many pg's for Students. Their cost per month is approximately 5000-6000/month. The food is very hygienic and very reasonable too. A plate of Manchurian rice and Masala dosa will cost you 30 bucks.
College infrastructure is very nice and the place looks beautiful because of the greenery and cleanliness around the college. There are different labs available for computer, physics , chemistry, biology etc . Library is huge and one can get any book from there through a library card. College provide a different password to each and every student, and the WiFi work in a very efficient way in Maitreyi college.
College timings start from 8:30 and the college close at 5 or 6'o clock in Maitreyi college. Classes are 1 hour. Semester ending exams happens once in December and then in may for the different semester. Teachers start giving us assignment ad takin our test from 1-2 month before the exams. Teachers take 3 assignment and 3 test for each subject and then they choose the best out of three marks and then include it in the final list.
Teachers are very much devoted to their work. They always come on time to the class and along with the subject they take with us in a frankly way, teaches us the different aspects of life and make us think more beyond the subject.
College is excellent . The environment, the people, the staff, everything is nice.

Placements & Internships : I did one online internship by internshala. It was a java computer-based internship. My college provides many other internships also. There are best placement cells in my college and many other things
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility criteria for B.Com (Hons.) is a student should have studied maths in 10+2.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Since it’s a girls' college the majority of the faculty is female. The teaching is excellent though communication is predominantly in English, which may be a problem for vernacular-medium students. Students feel that the faculty is one of the best in Delhi University (DU) and they rate the Macro-economics teacher as the best of the lot.
