Placements and Internships
Placement in MITS is very good in comparison to the other colleges. Companies like WIPRO, TCS, IBM, ACCENTURE take the large number of students. The average salary is about INR 3.5 lakhs per anum. INR 11 lakhs was the highest salary offered by Quikr so far. MITS is also maintaining a very healthy network with their alumni.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
If you are finding a decent college with good infrastructure in MP then MITS is one to look for. The college has well-equipped labs and well-furnished classes. There are 3 boys' hostels and 2 girls' hostels. The wi-fi network is present all over the main college building. College has GYM, music section, workshops, playground, etc.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
I appeared in JEE MAIN for the admission. The rank in JEE should be below 60000 for the admission.
Academics and Faculty
The schedule of my college is one of the best parts. The first lecture starts from 10:00 am onwards and the last lecture ends at 5:00 pm. In between, we get a lunch break of an hour. The faculties are pretty experienced here in MITS.
Fees and Scholarships
The course fee is about INR 60000 per anum for ECE. There are many scholarships available for the students like by the central government of India etc. Many Students are taking profit of these scholarships.
Clubs and Associations
There are a lot of clubs, societies available like Music Club, Adventure Club, ISTE, IEEE, IETE, IET, TedX, Journalism club, Photography Club, etc. MITSVAH a literary carnival. The college life is very good.
