College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

5

There are hostels and PGs available but they are not affiliated with the college. The college canteen is great and all the classrooms have AC and projector screens.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

The cutoff for open categories is usually high especially for art students in mass media. For science, it is quite low which went up to 89% or above. However the sindhi quota goes down till 75% . We just had to fill the mumbai university forms and choose colleges of our choice followed by a merit list released by the colleges based on our hsc marks.

Academics and Faculty

5

The teachers are very friendly and create a positive atmosphere for us to study.

Fees and Scholarships

3.5

It's a very nominal fee of INR 20,000 per semester. There are some scholarships available. There's no need for loans.

Clubs and Associations

4

There are various clubs like Gymkhana for sports. The main festival that our college organises is detour. The college life is awesome.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : A student's class 12th board results decide his/her admission in Jai Hind College. The cut off ranges between 93% to 95%. Sindhi students, as well as students belonging to Schedule castes, schedule tribes, other backward classes, the ward of an army personality, have an advantage over others as they are backed by respective quotas.
