About NEIGRIHMS
The full form of NEIGRIHMS is North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health and Medical Sciences. It is a statutory body formed under the guidance of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. It was established on the 12th of January 1987.
It is the first postgraduate medical institution in the North-Eastern region and an Autonomous Institute under the administrative control of the Ministry Of Health and Family Welfare fully funded by the Government Of India and registered under the Society Act.
