BRO 2024 Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidate must hold a Painter Certificate from the Industrial Training Institute or an Industrial Trade Certificate or a certificate from the National Council for Training in the Vocational Trades or from the State Council for Vocational Training. OR
  • The candidate must have passed the Class II painting course under the Defense Service Regulations
MSW Mason
  • The candidate must have passed the 10th board exam
  • The candidate must hold a Mason Certificate from the Industrial Training Institute or an Industrial Trade Certificate or a certificate from the National Council for Training in the Vocational Trades or from the State Council for Vocational Training, OR
  • The candidate must have passed the Class II Masonry course under the Defense Service Regulations
MSW Driller
  • The candidate must have passed the 10th board exam
  • The candidate must pass the physical test and the trade proficiency test conducted by the BRO
Driver Mechanical Transport (OG)
  • The candidate must have passed the 10th board exam
  • The candidate must hold a heavy motor vehicle driving license, OR
  • The candidate must have passed the Class III Driver Plant Mechanical Transport course under the Defense Service Regulations
Vehicle Mechanic
  • The candidate must have passed the 10th board exam
  • The candidate must hold a Certificate of Mechanic in Diesel or motor vehicle or heat engine heavy motor vehicle driving license or in tractor or internal combustion engine from the Industrial Training Institute
  • The candidate must hold a Defense Trade Certificate awarded by the Army Institute or must have passed the Class II Driver Mechanic course under the Defense Service Regulations
Operator Communication
  • The candidate must have passed the 10th board exam
  • The candidate must hold a Certificate of Radio Mechanic or Wireless Operator from the Industrial Training Institute
  • The candidate must hold a Defense Trade Certificate awarded by the Army Institute or must have passed the Class I course in Wireless Operator & Keyboard  under the Defense Service Regulations
Radio Mechanic
  • The candidate must have passed the 10th board exam
  • The candidate must hold a Certificate of Radio Mechanic from the Industrial Training Institute with an experience of at least 2 years
  • The candidate must hold a Defense Trade Certificate awarded by the Army Institute with an experience of at least 2 years or must have passed the Class I course in Wireless Operator & Keyboard  under the Defense Service Regulations
