DSSSB Selection Process
The DSSSB selection process usually includes three stages as explained below. However, it may be noted that the Two-Tier exam and Skill Test might not be valid for some posts released by the commission.
One Tier Exam: This is a written test that contains objective-type questions on subjects such as General Awareness, General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability, Arithmetical & Numerical Ability, Hindi Language & Comprehension, and English Language & Comprehension
Two-Tier Exam: This stage further includes two stages:
- Tier-I exam: This is an objective-type test containing questions on similar subjects as in a tier exam
- Tier-II exam: This is typically a descriptive test related to the subject chosen by a candidate or the qualification of a candidate
Skill Test: A skill test (sometimes also called an endurance test) is an interview round that is taken as per the requirement of the job.
