Research Scientist:
- M.E./M. Tech degree should be in First Class or equivalent grade with an aggregate minimum of 60% (average of all semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.5 on a 10-point scale or equivalent from a recognized university. And B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. degree should be in First Class or equivalent grade with an aggregate minimum of 65% (average of all semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.84 on a 10-point scale or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Preference will be given to candidates with PhD, experience and other qualifications.
Junior Research Fellow:
- First Class M.E./M.Tech in any specialisation of Concerned Subjects with valid NET/GATE/N-JET or equivalent in the relevant discipline.
- OR First Class M.Sc. (Concerned Subjects) with valid NET/GATE/N-JET or equivalent in the relevant discipline.
Age Limit
