A large public research and teaching university, KU’s International students can register for classes online using the university's official website. Before they may use the international app, new users must first complete a registration form with their personal information. Applicants will be able to access their Kansas applications at any time and will be able to keep track of their progress through the use of the internet.
There are nearly 200 undergraduate programs offered by KU's 15 colleges, including a wide range of majors, minors, specializations, and degree levels. In addition, 201-level degrees and graduate credentialing options are on the table. More than 40 languages are taught at Kansas University each year.
Undergraduate Admission at the University of Kansas
To apply for an undergraduate degree, international students must submit all of the necessary documents, including country-specific credentials. The University of Kansas uses the same set of standards for admission, but merely meeting the minimal GPA or other requirements does not ensure acceptance.

Numerous areas in the Graduate Application ask about the applicant's educational background, personal background, and immigration status. In addition to confirmation of English language proficiency, the applicant's chosen department may request additional paperwork, such as letters of recommendation or essays or portfolios, or standardized test scores.

Admissions to the University of Kansas are more selective, with a 91% acceptance rate. Between the SAT scores of 1070 and 1320 or the ACT scores of 22 and 29, half of the students admitted to the University of Kansas have been accepted. But only 25% of approved applicants scored above these ranges, while only 25% scored below these limits.
