AMCAT stands for Aspiring Minds Computer Adaptive Test, a test conducted for students looking for career opportunities in India. This test is conducted by Aspiring Minds with the aim to connect the candidates with well-known employers.

AMCAT Registration process is carried out on the official site of AMCAT. The AMCAT exam is used as a hiring criterion by more than 2000 companies, including Accenture, Cognizant, Microsoft, Godrej, Deloitte, among many other established companies.

AMCAT Registration Process

The AMCAT exam is conducted every month across 32 cities in India, and the test frequency depends on the city.

The AMCAT registration process is as follows:

• Visit the official website of AMCAT: www.myamcat.com.
• Click on the 'Register' tab or fill in the box under registration with your email address and a password to fill out your AMCAT registration form. The candidates can also register with their Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn account.
• The candidate will be directed to a new page to fill in the details like the candidate's name, mobile number, email ID, degree, and graduation year. If the candidate uses one of the social media accounts to register, they will receive an email with their login credentials.
• Once the candidate has registered, they can log in using the login credentials provided in the email.
• The candidate should then schedule their AMCAT exam. The candidate has to click on the 'Schedule AMCAT.' The candidates can book their slot 3 months in advance.
• The candidate has to choose the city and month they want to write the AMCAT exam, which will help them choose the available dates and timeslot.
• The last step of the AMCAT registration process is the payment of the registration fee. The candidate can choose between a one-year and two-year subscription. The AMCAT registration fee for a one-year subscription is INR 990 (with GST), where the marks scored in that particular year will be valid for one year. The AMCAT registration fee for the two-year subscription is INR 1890 (with GST).
• The transaction can be made online via net banking or debit/credit card. If the transaction is successful, the candidate will receive a unique AMCAT id that confirms the slot booked for the AMCAT exam. The AMCAT id is a 14 digit id that is generated for the AMCAT exam. The candidate must not lose it as this id is used in test scores, interviews,s or job offers.

AMCAT Exam Eligibility Criteria

There are no specific eligibility criteria for candidates who want to appear for the AMCAT exam. Therefore, anyone who wants to receive job offers can appear for the AMCAT exam. The only rule the candidates have to follow is they can not write the AMCAT exam if they have written one 45 days before the exam date.

The AMCAT test is divided into 2 sections: Aptitude test (English, Quantitative Ability, and Logical Ability) and AMPI: Aspiring Minds Personality Inventory modules that focus on the candidates' job skills. 1. Is it possible to change the reporting time of the AMCAT exam?
   

   A: No changes can be made once the candidate receives their admit card. The candidate should follow the instructions present on the admit card for their convenience.

2. Can I make the AMCAT registration fee payment via cheques or cash?
   

   A: No. The AMCAT registration fee can only be paid online via net banking or debit/credit card.

3. Can I change the details mentioned in my AMCAT registration form?
   

   A: You need to contact the conducting authority if you want to make changes to the AMCAT registration form.

4. What should I do if I have paid my fee and I have not received my Admit card?
   

   A: The candidate has to wait at least 2-3 days for the payment to be completed successfully. If you still have not received a confirmation mail, you can contact the authorities to solve the issue.

5. When can I reschedule my AMCAT exam?
   

   A: The candidates can reschedule their slot if their existing slot is 24 hours away from the slot they want to book. They can reschedule it for free for the first time, but a fee would be charged if they want to reschedule it again.
