What is CELPIP?
The Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (CELPIP) is the newest test that acts as the primary test for candidates who are either immigrants or international students. Since the test comes in two variants, only one of them is accepted by the Canadian and provincial governments, which is the CELPIP General Test.
