Kamal Davar

The man who serves as the first director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Lieutenant General Kamal Davar is one of the most outstanding Indian Military Officers on record. He served in the India-Pakistan war of 1965, the Bangladesh Liberation war and also went on to serve abroad in Iraq. Kamal Davar was thus an extremely apt choice for leading the DIA. He undertook several intelligence initiatives which laid the foundation of India’s intelligence operations. His work in Punjab, during his posting as the GOC of a corps was equally legendary.

Apart from his exploits in the Indian military, Kamal Davar is an environmentalist to the bone. During his stay in Punjab, he endeavored to clean the Harike Bird Sanctuary and planted lakhs of trees around the area. Later on, after retirement from active military duty, he still motivates army units to plant trees and speaks on environmental issues with regularity.

Bipin Rawat

General Bipin Rawat is India's first and current Chief of Defense (CDS). On 30 December 2019, he was appointed as the first CDS of India and took office from 1 January 2020. He was drafted on 16 December 1978 in the fifth army of the Eleventh Gorkha Rifles of the Infantry, a Battalion commanded by his father. While studying at the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun, he was awarded the 'Sword of Honor'.

The General has extensive operational experience, having worked in many anti-conflict structures. He ordered the battalion for infants in line with the Eastern Regulatory Line and the Rashtriya Rifles Sector in Kashmir Valley. Shortly after that, he approached Command, a Multinational Brigade at a Chapter VII Conference in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). He was assigned to Command an Infantry Division near the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir and was the Commander of the Corps in the North-East. As Commander-in-Chief, he was in charge of operations in the Desert sector, to the west.

Rajeev Kumar Varshney

Rajeev Varshney is the Director of the Research Genetic Benefits Program, ICRISAT, based in Hyderabad, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Botany (Molecular Biology) from CCS University, India.

Rajeev is seen as a leader in genome sequencing, genomics-assisted reproduction, genomics translation and power building in global agriculture. He has made a significant contribution by combining advanced genomics and the improvement of crops, especially in legumes in several countries. Among the various offerings mentioned, he has a genetic sequence of ten genes, including pigeon pea, chickpea, nuts and pearl millet and numerous breeding products for chickpea and nuts. 

Rajeev, JC Bose National Fellow, received the Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar Prize (honoured by Hon'ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi) and the ICAR-India top and most respected Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Award- 2019 by the Government of India.

K.P.S Mahalwar

Krishan Pal Singh Mahalwar (born 1955) is the dean of Indian law education, currently working at the National Law University, Delhi. He pursued Ph.D. in 1987 from MD University, Rohtak and PG (LLM) in 1978 from CCS University. He has been a distinguished guest, Chief Guest, Guest of Honor at various universities. He has been integrated with UGC, UPSC, various universities of India in various capacities. 

AILTC awarded him the Life Time Achievement award. He was appointed as a member of the Haryana State Higher Education Council by the Haryana Government. Malware has published two books and sixty-five research papers as well as book reviews. He participated in and organized multiple conferences and seminars.

Jai Verma

Jai Verma is a writer, poet, and zealous advocate for the Hindi language, books and Indian culture for more than 40 years, using her experience, contacts and knowledge to support the Hindu revolution in the UK. In the Eighties, she was the coordinator of Language at the Nottingham Language Center. She taught Hindi professionally from 1976 to 1991 at Nottingham in Kala Niketan School. After she settled in Nottingham in 1976, she became heavily involved in Hindi arts and culture, especially in poetry.

Jai has contributed in many voluntary donations and campaigns over the years. She was instrumental in establishing a primary school library in India. She vigorously supports the ongoing Tirupati Eye hospital project and has collaborated with the Indian League, Nottingham, to provide domestic and international aid funding. She also collected funds for the Asian tsunami and other natural disasters.

Alka Tomar

Alka Tomar is the first female wrestling woman from the country to win a World Cup medal. Born on 1 December 1983, Alka Tomar is a well-known Indian heavyweight champion who has won numerous wrestling events in the 59 kg category. She has won several awards and represented India in many international championships. Some of her achievements are:

• Alka won silver and three gold medals at 2003, 2005, 2009, and 2011 Commonwealth Wrestling Championships, respectively.
• She won a bronze medal at the 2006 World Wrestling Championship, which was held in Guangzhou.
• Bagged another bronze medal at the 2006 Asian Games held in Doha.
• She defeated the tournament by winning a gold medal at the 2010 Commonwealth Games, held in Delhi.
• At the 2003 World Championships in Delhi, Alka won a bronze medal at the Asian Wrestling Championships, held in Delhi in 2003.
• Won another bronze at the Asian Wrestling Championships, held in 2009 in Pattaya.
• Bagged another bronze medal at the Asian Wrestling Championships in Delhi in 2010.
• She won a silver medal at the 2005 Wrestling Championships, held in Wuhan.
• She received the prestigious "Arjuna Award" in 2007 for her outstanding performance in sports.

Divya Kakaran

Divya Kakran, born in 1998, is an Indian freestyle wrestler. Divya has won 60 medals, including 17 gold medals at the Delhi State Championship, and has won the "Bharat Kesari" title eight times. Divya is currently employed by Indian Railways as a major ticket inspector. She has won numerous awards and contributed heavily in the field of wrestling. Her achievement includes:

• Kakran won a gold medal at the Commonwealth Championships in South Johannesburg, Africa, in December 2017.
• Kakran bagged a silver medal at the 69 kg freestyle women's event at the 2017 Wrestling Championships in India.
• Kakran won the "Bharat Kesari" title, held in Haryana, India. In the final match of the tournament, Kakran defeated Ritu Malik. Ahead of this final match, Kakran defeated world champion Geeta Phogat, famous enough to be shown in a Dangal movie.
•  Kakran won the bronze medal at the women's 68 kg free event at the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta and Palembang, defeating Cha Wenling of Taipei for technical superiority.

Satyadev Prasad

Satyadev Prasad was born on 19 September 1979 is an Indian athlete. He participates in Archery. Started playing Archery at a very young age. Inspired by the success of Limba Ram, the venerable Archer, he worked very hard to climb the ladder. Prasad was also a member of the eleventh Indian Indian Archery Archery. 

He won the Medal Bronze at the Asian Team Championship held in Malaysia. He participated in the Rome World Championship 1999, the Beijing World Championship 2001 and the New York World Championship 2003. Prasad received the 2018 Dhyan Chand award from President Ram Nath Kovind.

Virendra Singh

Virendra Singh is an Indian physicist and former professor of C.V. Raman and Director of the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR). He is a renowned researcher in high energy physics. Singh has made significant contributions in high energy physics. Singh founded a strong theoretical physics team at TIFR. He chaired the Nuclear Science Research Board of the Department of Atomic Energy (1986-93) and served on the IUPAP Particles and Sectors Commission (1987-93). He was also a member of the INSA Council (1977-82).

Professor Singh won the SS Bhatnagar Award (1973), the Saha Award for Research in Theoretical Sciences (1979), the Royal Prize for Physical Sciences (1995), the Saha Award by the National Academy of Sciences (India), Allahabad (1996), and Ramad Birth I -Centenary Gold Medal (1996). In addition, he was selected as the Yellow of the Indian Academy of Sciences, Bangalore in 1970, the National Academy of Sciences (India), Allahabad in 1989, and the Academy of Sciences for the Developing World (TWAS) in 1999.

Satinder Singh

Satinder Singh is an Indian Pro-bodybuilder, entrepreneur and fitness trainer. During his high school and college studies, he chose to build with a strong physique and was guided by his trainer in terms of the physical training required to combine internal and external training sessions. These moments marked the beginning of Jatinder's bodybuilding career.

 The year 2001 marked the beginning of Jatinder's bodybuilding career. After winning his first Championship in 2002, he was encouraged to pursue bodybuilding and participate in numerous bodybuilding and bodybuilding competitions in India and other countries. One night while at work, he was badly injured by the carelessness of an assistant boy. Yatinder's posterior vertebrae were torn, and this caused nerve damage. In 2010, Yatinder re-entered the stage. This year, he won at least six to seven competitions such as Mr UP Totally, Mr North India, Senior Mr India title in the 75 kg category. He was also the first runner-up in Sr. Mr India 2010, he won the Best Improved Bodybuilder title. His achievement is like a miracle and inspiration for many. He went on to win many National and International titles.
