Shah Rukh Khan born on 2 November 1965 in New Delhi is a Jamia Millia Islamia Notable Alumni and has completed his Masters's Degree in Mass Communications (Filmmaking) at the Mass Communication Research Centre (MCRC) of Jamia Millia Islamia after completing graduating in Economics from Hansraj College. 2. Virender Sehwag

Virender Sehwag born on 20 October 1978 in Najafgarh, Delhi. He is a former Indian cricketer who represented India from 1999 to 2013. He is one of the Jamia Millia Islamia Notable Alumni and completed his BA in 2001 from the university. Sehwag is serving as a member of the Anti Doping Appeal Panel of the National Anti Doping Agency under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India. He has been awarded Wisden Leading Cricketer in the World along with Arjuna Award for Cricket. Sehwag was also awarded the Padma Shri for this contribution to the sports field.

3. Y. Quraishi

Quraishi was born on 11 June 1947 in Delhi. He is one of the famous Jamia Millia Islamia Notable Alumni. Quraishi has completed his Ph.D. in Communications and Social Marketing from Jamia Millia Islamia. He retired from Indian Administrative Service after serving as the 17th Chief Election Commissioner of India. He has also filled in as a Secretary in the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.

4. Farhat Basir Khan

Farhat Basir Khan was born on 12 August 1957 in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. He has completed his Masters's Degree in Mass Communications at the Mass Communication Research Centre (MCRC) of Jamia Millia Islamia. He has produced the fifty-year commemorative audio-visual for UNICEF India as well as WHO SEAR. Khan has also served as the Professor of Media & Communication at the AJK Mass Communication and Research Centre where he officiates as the director of the center.

5. Meem Afzal

Meem Afzal born in 1952 in Delhi, India is a Jamia Millia Islamia Notable Alumni and has completed his B.Ed from Jamia Millia Islamia and his M.A in Political Science from Delhi University. Afzal started his political vocation in 1988 and got chosen for Rajya Sabha in 1990. Afzal was designated as a minister to Turkmenistan. He joined dynamic governmental issues again and was selected as National Spokesperson of the Indian National Congress party.
