The PayScale of the LIC ADO is 21,865-1340(2)-24,545-1580(2)-27,705-1610(17)-55,075. This means, if the candidates are appointed as Apprentice Development Officers, then the basic pay will be INR 21865 per month (the exemption is for employee category candidates).
Other increments include:
- The candidates will get an annual increment of INR 1,340 for the next two years. Post completion of two years, candidates will get the basic pay of INR 24,545.
- After this, the candidates will get an annual increment of INR 1,580 for the next two years. Post completion of two years, candidates will get the basic pay of INR 27,705.
- Again, the candidates will get an annual increment of INR 1,610 for the next seventeen (17) years. Post completion of seventeen (17) years, candidates will get the basic pay of INR 55,075.
- The LIC ADO Salary will also contain several allowances and benefits, apart from the basic pay.
- The LIC ADO Salary will be INR 37,345 per month in a Class ‘A’ City including the initial pay scale along with all the allowances.
