The Bar Council of India has announced that the answer key of AIBE XVI (16) 2021 will be available by 5 November. Therefore, candidates can download the answer key as well as question booklets for all set codes from the official website – allindiabarexamination.com. Previously, BCI conducted the AIBE XVI (16) 2021 on 31 October 2021 in an offline pen and paper-based testing format. Authorities held the exams in more than 50 cities across the country.
The answer key will contain official questions and answers asked during the examination. Hence, candidates will be able to calculate their marks in the examination by referring to the key. Applicants must have scored an aggregate percentage higher than 40% (35% in the case of SC and ST candidates) to be considered qualified. Thus, the BCI will give a Certificate of Practice (CoP) to all qualified candidates.
Steps to Check the AIBE XVI 2021 Answer Key
BCI will release the preliminary question paper and answer key by 5 November online. Therefore, candidates can follow the steps to check the answer key after release.
- Visit the official website – allindiabarexamination.com.
- Click on the answer key link available within the “Notifications” section of the homepage after publication.
- Then, select the “Login (AIBE 16)” tab.
- Afterwards, enter the registration number and password to log in.
- Click on the response sheet and question paper.
- Check and download the documents for further reference.
- Finally, click on “Objection” to raise concerns if you are not satisfied with the keys provided by AIBE.
