NEET UG Counselling 2022: Internal Verification Process For Candidates Ends Today

NEET UG Counselling 2022: The verification process for candidates who have applied for the internal quota in NEET UG 2022 counselling round 1 will be concluded today. The respective institutions and universities will verify the candidates' documents to determine whether they are eligible for the internal quota of the institute.
As per the Internal quota provision in the NEET UG Counselling 2022, eligible candidates can apply for the MBBS and BDS seats at certain institutes through the internal quota. For example, 85% of the seats in Delhi university come under the institutional quota, which is reserved for candidates domiciled in Delhi and passed their 10+2 in Delhi. 50% of the seats at Aligarh Muslim University are reserved for candidates who have studied the AMI schools for the last three years. 3 BDS seats at the Faculty of Dentistry, Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi, are reserved for candidates who completed their 10+2 from Jamia Schools.
Further, the MCC announced the addition of 197 seats to the NEET UG 2022 AIQ seat Matrix. It also announced re-opening the registration window for NEET UG counselling 2022. Candidates can register for the counselling process till 2 PM on Oct 18 and pay the application fee by 4 PM on Oct 18. The Choice filling window has also been extended. As per the revised schedule, the choice Locking will take place from 5 PM on Oct 18 to 8 AM on Oct 19.
