Eligibility Criteria For HSEE 2022
To be eligible to apply for HSEE 2022, candidates should have passed the examinations mentioned below in this year in the last year, i.e., in 2022 or 2021.
- Higher Secondary examination(10+2) from recognized board.
- Equivalent to 10+2 examination from a recognized board or university.
- The final exam of the two-year joint services wing of the national defence academy.
Exam Pattern of HSEE 2022
There are two sections in this paper and they last three hours. First part there are two and half hours of time allotted (150 minutes) of objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs) administered by computer (online).
Part II consists of a 30-minute essay writing assignment in which students are permitted to utilize the keyboard. In addition, on request, candidates who desire to give the exam in offline mode will be permitted to do so.
- Part I: It consists of three parts: English (25 per cent of part-1 marks), quantitive and logical reasoning (25 per cent of part-1 marks), and general knowledge (25 per cent of part-1 marks) (in 4 sub-parts, 50 per cent marks of part-1). This portion will assess your reading comprehension, grammatical understanding, and vocabulary. Part I's second segment assesses a candidate's analytical and mathematical abilities. Number theory, LCM andGCM, work and time, interest, work and time, linear equations, and fundamental trigonometry are covered. Indian Society and Culture, Indian Economy, World Affairs, and Environment and Ecology are the four subdivisions of the third section of general studies.
- Part II: Part II is essay writing. The essay topics are given from both General Knowledge and current affairs.
