JoSAA schedule 2024 has been released by the Ministry of Education and it started on June 10, 2024 and the last date of registration is June 18, 2024. There will be approximately 6 rounds of seat allotment depending on the cut-offs and seats available in the respective institutes.

The JoSAA counseling 2024 registration and choice-filling process started at 5:00 PM on June 10, 2024 and the deadline for registering for the JoSAA via online mode is June 18, 2024.
On June 15, 2024 the announcement of the JoSAA 2024 mock round 1 seat allocation is expected and on June 17, 2024, the simulated seat allocation for the second round will be announced as per the official information available.
The JoSAA 2024 seat allocation round 1 will be released on June 20, 2024 and around June 20, 2024, and June 24, 2024, online completion of the first round of reporting, fee payment, document upload, and candidate query answer will be available.
The round-wise for JoSAA 2024 cutoff will also be made available on the official website and on the other hand, when NIT+System has available seats in 2024, CSAB provides extra super-round JoSAA counseling. All information pertaining to the JoSAA counseling process will be updated here and published on the official website.

JoSAA Eligibility Criteria 2024
The candidates who meet the JoSAA eligibility criteria will be qualified to participate in the JoSAA counselling 2024. Apart from the eligibility criteria set by JoSAA, the candidates will also have to meet the criteria of the participating institutions to secure admission.

JoSAA Registration and Choice Filling 2024
The eligible candidates should register for JoSAA 2024 and complete the choice filling procedure to be allotted a seat through JoSAA counselling. The following are the steps for JoSAA registration and choice filling processes.

- Candidates must visit the official website of JoSAA 2024.
- Click on the given registration link.
- Login with your JEE Main or JEE Advanced credentials.
- Fill out the required details carefully.
- Submit and take a print out of the same for future reference.
- Choice Filling
- After the registration process, candidates must choose their course and college preferences.
- The names of institutions the candidates are eligible to apply for, will be listed out there.
- The candidates must select the choices in the order of their preferences.
- Once the choice filling is done, the candidates must lock their choices. It is very important to know that once choice locking is done, the candidates will not be allowed to make changes.
- Candidates must take a print out of their choice filling for further procedures.

JoSAA Counselling 2024
The JoSAA counselling 2024 will offer admission to the eligible candidates to the premier institutions of India. There will be approximately 6 counselling rounds in JoSAA 2024. Once the seats are allotted, candidates must report to the respective JoSAA centres for document verification.
JoSAA Seat Allotment 2024
JoSAA will first release a mock allotment list on its official website to give an idea to the candidates regarding their admission chances in their colleges and courses of preference.
If the candidates are not satisfied with the mock allotment, then they can change their order of preference in the given window to modify it. JoSAA will then release the final seat allotment results.

The seat allotment results can be checked and downloaded by following the steps below.
- Visit the official website of JoSAA
- Click on the relevant link available for JoSAA seat allotment result.
- Enter the required credentials.
- The result will be displayed.
- Download the JoSAA seat allotment letter and print the same for document verification and admission purposes.
