Yes, I do. My role model is Mother Teresa, who is known as the mother of people with low incomes. I chose her as my role model because, in her life, she exemplified how a nurse should be. She served humanity without expecting anything in return. Moreover, she dedicated her entire life to the upliftment of the sick and poor.
She was humble and honest and, above all, loved her fellow men as herself. A nurse should possess all these qualities, so I consider her my role model.

A: My dream destination is USA. This is because USA has a world-class healthcare system, and I can be a part of it. Secondly, in this country, the rules and regulations for nurses are very flexible and easily adaptive. Besides, nurses here are paid well and respected in the healthcare industry. Above all, many friends and relatives can help me during my initial days in USA.

A: Of course, a nurse should possess a variety of qualities. First of all, they should possess excellent communicator, which helps them gather clinical data and maintain an effective relationship with other team members.
Secondly, they should have problem-solving and critical thinking skills that are essential for nurses to deal with emergencies and difficult situations. Other qualities includes punctuality, dedication, honesty and competency are also pivotal for nurses.

A: My day starts with a prayer to the almighty. After completing my daily routines, I reach my workstation by 8:30 am. Before taking the handover, I complete my inventories and update the crash cart medication and dressing trolley as a part of my daily responsibilities. After receiving the handover, I interact with my patients to identify their health needs and other requirements.
Based on my assessment, I plan a nursing care plan and provide quality patient care. Afterwards, I assist the physician and carry out necessary clinical orders. Meanwhile, I find time to interact with my colleagues and maintain a good rapport. My duty ends at 3: 30 after giving a handover to the following scheduled staff members.

A: Yes, I do. The continuous nursing education programme aids nurses update themselves with their professions current practices. Moreover, it is essential to have specific hours of continuous nursing education to update their skills. A: No, I don't believe gender disparity exists in my profession. Previously, it was a female-dominated profession but with time men are also welcomed. At present, there are male nurses as well in the nursing industry.
