AAGHAAZ 2.0, a two-day academic festival, was launched by the Faculty of Management at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, on September 1, 2024.
The Faculty of Management at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, inaugurated its two-day academic fest, AAGHAAZ 2.0, on 1st September 2024. The event was graced by esteemed guests Mr. Ankit Shah, Senior Director at Leap Pvt. Ltd., and Ms. Kavita Choudhary, Chief Designer at Jaipur Rugs, who inspired the students to explore their interests, strengths, and pursue their passions with dedication.
Addressing the students, Er. Onkar Bagaria, CEO of Vivekananda Global University, emphasized the importance of enthusiasm and engagement in all pursuits to achieve one's dreams. He encouraged students to enjoy every moment, actively participate in the various events, and remain focused on their academic goals. He also underscored the significance of developing and applying good management skills in everyday life, particularly for those studying management.
The fest featured an array of 20 events encompassing all domains of management, such as Business Quiz, Corporate Roadies, Social Media Savvy, Blog Vlog Bonanza, Learn-A-Thon, The Bidding Bonanza, Case Crusaders, Brand Race, Ad Mad Show, Deal Maker Den, among others. The events attracted over 600 participants from prominent institutions, including Jaipuria Institute of Management, Manipal University Jaipur, JECRC University, IIHMR, Poornima University, ICFAI, IRM, IIS University, RA Poddar Institute of Management, SS Jain Subodh College, Kanoria College, and many others.
Additionally, the fest featured a Management Mela, with 11 stalls managed by students from VGU and other institutes, showcasing creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.
A special highlight of the fest was the launch of the departmental magazine,“Eternity,” curated entirely by the students of the Department of Management, reflecting their innovative ideas, insights, and creativity.
Ms. Ishita Parakh, Founder & CEO of Udukku, was the Chief Guest for the valedictory ceremony, adding further prestige to the event.
AAGHAAZ 2.0 was a student-led initiative, from planning to execution, providing an invaluable learning experience for all involved. The fest was a resounding success, embodying the spirit of teamwork, innovation, and academic excellence.
