Cegep Heritage College is an English-language college in the Outaouais region. Cegep Heritage College is the only public, tuition-free, Anglophone CEGEP in Western Quebec that provides post-secondary English language education. The primary mission of Cegep Heritage College is to provide a diverse and innovative community-driven education experience. It has more than 1500 students enrolled in Regular Education Programs and Continuing Education. Cegep Heritage College offers 2-year pre-university programs and 3-year career programs to the students which leads to a Diploma of College Studies (DEC). The Centre for Continuing Education at Cegep Heritage offers 1-year programs leading to Attestations of College Studies (AEC). The academic requirements for international students applying for the various programs at Cegep Heritage are any education certificates that are equivalent to the Quebec Secondary V Diploma including specific program pre-requisites and requirements.

How Can I Get Into Cegep Heritage College?

Heritage College provides a variety of personal and professional development courses, customized training for the business groups, and also conducts workshops. The admission requirement of Heritage College are:

The tuition fee varies for the Canadian candidates and the international applicants. The full-time course tuition fee for Quebec resident candidates is $163 and for the non-Quebec candidates, it is $1703. For the international students, the full-time pre-university tuition fee is $6119 and the part-time pre-university tuition fee is $29.77.

Heritage College offers a number of programs to the students who have completed their secondary examination. The application process for international students is given below:

  • The applicant should visit the official application website and select the "International students" link to apply for the respective course at Cegep Heritage College.
  • The application should be filled and submitted to the official website.
  • The selected applicants will receive an official letter of acceptance from the Heritage College.
  • The students then have to apply for the “Quebec Certificate of Acceptance for Studies” issued by the government of Quebec (by using Government of Quebec website).
  • After receiving the Quebec Certificate of Acceptance, the candidates can apply for a “Study Permit” from the Government of Canada (by using the Government of Canada website).
  • An application fee is $75 should be paid.
