AII College infrastructure is spread over a scenic campus of over 6 acres in Kerala. Hostel: The AII College hostels are separate for girls and boys. There are single, twin-sharing and triple-room-sharing facilities present in the hostels. Students can choose their accommodation type according to their comfort.

Library: AII College has a central library fully automated with RFID Technology. This allows the AII College campus to have a library without the presence of a librarian. The library has several digital resources such as digital books, reference titles, manuscripts, e-journals and magazines. The vast collection and smart technology help students of AIIC Malappuram grow in their academic endeavours.

Computer Lab: The AII College infrastructure has a computer lab equipped with 100 smart computer systems. The computers are all top models with fast internet connectivity and updated software. In addition, the AI International College lab provides access to library databases, printing and other computing services.

Smart Classrooms: The AI International College infrastructure has been designed to keep up with the required amenities for an interactive learning environment. The classrooms are air-conditioned with LCD projectors for teachers to teach better with the help of audio-visual aids.

Sports Facilities: Sport is an important part of the AIIC Malappuram academic curriculum. Students are encouraged to pursue sports for their physical and mental well-being. The AII College campus has sports courts for basketball, football, volleyball and badminton games. Indoor gaming facilities include snooker, foosball and an array of board games.

Medical Facilities: The AII College infrastructure has built a clinic for injuries and other medical accidents. The room has two beds, and medical staff are always present for first aid and other health checkups. 

Campus Facilities: The AI International College campus is fully automated and air-conditioned. The campus is eco-friendly, with over 400 species of plants growing alongside two fish ponds with various marine life. The campus provides parking facilities for over 100 cars and 50 bikes. An amphitheatre is also present on the AIIC Malappuram campus.

Canteen: The AII College infrastructure includes a vast canteen with a seating capacity of over 1000 students. The canteen serves quality and delicious food for the students in various traditional and international cuisines.
