Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for securing a set in Beant College of Engineering & Technology solely revolves around the JEE Mains exam. Your rank should be between 50,000 and 1,50,000. My rank was approximately 70 and I got into this college at ease.

Academics & Faculty : I study at Beant College of Engineering & Technology and can proudly say that it is the best college for Mechanical engineering. It has been approved by Punjab Government.  

Fees & Scholarships : Semester fee at Beant College of Engineering & Technology is around Rs.40000 to Rs.50000. Every state Government provides a scholarship quota for eligible students. In my batch, around 32 students were awarded with scholaships from one state and around 15 students from the state government.  I do not belong to SC/ST or OBC so I was not eligible for any scholaship.

Placements & Internships : Classes at BCET takes place from 9AM to 5PM. Teachers are highly intellectual and their quality of teaching is very good.  They use projectors or boards to teach the students at BCET. Overall, my experience at Beant College of Engineering & Technology has been great.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 7 hostels at Beant College of Engineering & Technology - 4 for boys and 3 for girls. The hostel fee per semester is Rs10,000 at BCET. Some PGs are available near the college itself and charge upto Rs.5000 per month. Food served in the hostel mess is great and the dining hall is also well furnished. The library at Beant College of Engineering & Technology is well equipped with books from different genres. Lab facility is also great at BCET. WIFI is also available for free in the campus.

Clubs & Associations : There are many social activities which are hosted in Beant College of Engineering & Technology. A few of the societies llike NCC,NSE and ISTE are active throughout the year and enjoy a lot.  The main event of BCET is the Techfest. Other than that, there is also the cultural fest and sports meet.  Overall, I enjoy a lot in my college.
