Recognizing that information is the key to business success, the Business Information Services of the Chamber offer a wide array of information through an extensive computerized network. These include: Economic Policy Analysis Reports, Macro-Economic Review Reports, Government Notifications, Guidelines, Data on tax rates, duties, information on Indian states, trade inquiries, country profiles, business directories. Facts and figures on industry sectors, financial data on select companies and online links to database worldwide. The Business Information Services help you to remain informed, aware, and updated, and thus assist you in taking critical business decisions at the right time.
Library
The Chamber has a rich library with no. of books and publications.
Secretarial and Consultancy Services
Through its various Standing Committees and experienced advisors the Chamber helps members of the business community on their requirements.
Directory of Members
Available in CD rom and contains the names and particulars of member-firms.
Training Courses/ Seminars/Workshops/Symposia are organized by the Chamber on subjects of current interest.
Certificate of origin :
The Chamber is authorized by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade and Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India to issue Non-preferential Certificate of Origin to the exporters. The Chamber has been efficiently providing this service at a nominal cost.
Visa Recommendation
BNCCI issues visa recommendation letters to representatives of member firms wishing to travel overseas for promotion of business and other related activities. Certain embassies/countries request for certification of visa application by the recognized Chambers.
The member firms desirous of obtaining recommendation letters for issue of visa are requested to furnish the following information at the time of applying:
The Chamber does not issue VISA recommendation for non-members.
Investment Matchmaking
The chamber provides customized investment facilitation services to the corporate sector like providing specific product information, identification of joint venture partners, facilitating procedural matters with the respective authorities, matchmaking, etc.

Corporate Social Responsibility
The Chamber had extended donations to Chief Ministers’ Relief Fund on a number of occasions. The Chamber has also donated wheel chairs to physically impaired. BNCCI has organized programmes on empowering the phusically challenged with IT tools. (photo will be sent soon)
