Bhagwant University, (BU) Ajmer Campus Highlights

In order to inspire the students, various cultural programs, events, and competitions are also organized on the Bhagwant University campus. some of the campus highlights are given below.

Cyber Club 

• Cyber Club is one of the innovative clubs of the Institute and has performed many activities for the betterment of students.
• The Institute has designed this club for helping non-IT students to develop an interest in recent development in the field of computer science.

Educational Tours & Excursions

• The University organizes Industrial tours to expose the staff and students to the Industrial Environment.

NSS Club & Rover Ranger

• The NSS Club & Rover Ranger organize various camps and programs.
• Social work such as tree plantation, conservation & preservation of natural resources, rural development programs are organized by NSS Club

Workshops & Seminars

• To enhance the exposure of the students, faculty, and staff with respect to education, professional skills, and knowledge, numerous extension lectures, training programs, seminars, and workshops are regularly arranged on the campus.

Seminar Hall

• The College Seminar Hall has been the venue for numerous seminars and activities in the past years.
• With a sufficient capacity for accommodating good strength, centrally air-conditioned and modern facilities like projectors, etc., the seminar hall is ideal for academic, administrative and general discussions.

Transport Facilities

• The university has its own fleet of Buses, Vans, and Cars for the conveyance of staff and students from all areas and colonies of the city.
• In addition, a city bus facility is available. The university provides transport to students for Bus Stand Railway Station during vacations.

Lecture Hall

• Classrooms learning is primarily meant for theoretical and conceptual inputs with real-life case studies, group learning, and live projects.
• The lecture halls are well-equipped with all teaching aids like LCD, OHP, PA Systems besides white/green board, etc to enhance the learning process in the most effective manner.

Library

• The library of Bhagwant University follows the open access system
• It has a total of 95,000 books with more than 3675 titles including text and reference books
• It has a subscription of about 69 magazines along with the subscription to DELNET
• The library also contains CDs and DVDs on different subjects
• E-newspapers like The Hindu, The Times Group, The Indian Express, Dainik Bhaskar, Amar Ujala and Dainik Jagran is also provided in the library

Laboratories

• The University has well-equipped engineering, physics, chemistry, pharmacy, and physiotherapy labs
• All the labs are equipped with the latest and relevant tools and instruments
• The University also has a workshop with a welding shop, sheet metal shop, fitting shop, and machine shop
• The University also has halls for the machine and engineering drawing

Gym and Swimming Pool

• Bhagwant University has a gymnasium with sophisticated machines along with a fitness trainer
• The gym is equipped with all the relevant equipment
• A swimming pool has also been proposed for the students which will have separate timings for girls and boys

 Hostel Facilities

• The University has fully developed hostels for boys and girls
• These hostels are supported with common rooms, mess, internet access, canteen, medical assistance, provision store, transport facility, etc
• All the hostels are air-cooled and offer double and triple sharing rooms
• The girl's hostel also has the facility of a refrigerator, pantry, microwave, and dry kitchen
• There are AC hostels for foreign students which serve continental food
