Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech:

The applicants should have passed [10+2] exam conducted by the central board or any of its state board equivalents with a minimum of 50% of marks along with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Biotechnology as mandatory subjects.

All the SC/ST candidates will have 5% of marks relaxation on the minimum aggregate.

Streams under B.Tech:

• Electronics & Communications Engineering

• Computer Science & Engineering

• Information Technology

• Mechanical Engineering

• Civil Engineering

Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech:

All the applicants seeking admission into the institution for the above post graduation courses should be a graduate with a bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering discipline obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 55% or equivalent CGPA of any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India.

A Relaxation of 5% of marks on the minimum aggregate is allowed for SC/ST candidates.

Stream under M.Tech:

• Electronics & Communications Engineering

Application Process for B.Tech, M.Tech:

Once the applicants make sure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria they are expected to follow the following instruction.

The registration forms are available on the website, at the institute, and at the city office.

The forms should be duly filled and attached with photocopies of testimonials, recent colored passport size photograph, and cash/demand draft/pay order of registration amount of Rs. 20,000/- in favor of “ BUDDHA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY “ payable at Gorakhpur – which will be adjusted towards fees.

After this, the admissions into the courses will take place through a counseling process based on the merit of the individuals.

Admission Process for B.Tech, M.Tech:

• A merit list will be announced for eligible candidates at the end of each round. The shortlisted candidates will be asked to appear for Counselling and if the candidate, subject to fulfillment of requisite conditions and verification of documents, will be issued provisional admission offer and asked to deposit fee by the stipulated date.

• If candidates fail to pay the fee by the stipulated date mentioned by the institution, the admission would be deemed canceled and seat would become vacant for the next round of Counselling.

• There will be several rounds of Counselling. Post that if there are any unfilled seats, they will be filled on the basis of rolling Counselling(First come first serve basis).
