CDAC Pune Placement Process

The campus placement program of CDAC is usually conducted in two sessions every academic year. The first session is conducted in the first or second week of August for courses starting in February. The session in the first or second week of February is for the courses that started in August. The step-by-step process for organising CDAC Pune placements is mentioned below.

• The CDAC placement cell invites potential recruiters for the placement drive and interested companies will reach out to the placement cell.
• Recruiters then organise pre-placement talks to explain students various things like the roles offered, salary package, company's work culture, etc.
• Interested students will apply for the company's selection process by sending their resumes.
• Companies might shortlist students based on their resumes.
• Companies organise the selection process on announced dates either on-campus, off-campus, or online based on convenience.
• Further shortlisting of candidates is done through written tests and group discussions.
