Infrastructure

CMTR is spread out in spacious 3 acres campus with over 33,000 sq. ft. constructed area. CMTR understands that the right environment stimulates and encourages learning. It provides excellent infrastructure and facilities with an ambience to promote professionalism. The students at CMTR are exposed to the corporate working environment right at the campus with air-conditioned classrooms, specially designed furniture, modern computer lab, well equipped library and frequent interaction with business leaders. CMTR understands the needs of industry for a well educated and trained man power. Armed with practical experience, CMTR faculty imparts practice oriented training to the future managers.

Class Room

At CMTR, a careful has been given to design of class rooms. The furniture is ergonomically designed to ensure that students have not fatigued even after sitting for long hours. All the class rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with multimedia facilities to facilitate learning.

Library

A very conscious and concerted effort has been made in building the CMTR library. It has a collection of over 5,000 books and 72 national & international journals and magazines. The library also subscribes to leading national newspapers as well as news magazines focused on business. Limited access to some of the databases is also available.

Computer Lab

The computer lab has been designed to facilitate a class room like interaction between the student and teachers. Specially designed tables and chairs allow the students a very comfortable use of computer. Besides, all the legal softwares are available under the Microsoft banner,   the CMTR also subscribes to CMIE database prowess which consists of information of 30,000 Indian companies. CMTR has also subscription of Statistical package SYSTAT. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled.

Cafeteria

Cafeteria at the campus takes care to cater clean & hygienic meals & snacks. Indoor & outdoor sitting arrangement is provided for the students to sit & relax.

Transport

The college is located at about 16km from Chandigarh Bus Stand. The institute bus service is available from Panchkula, Chandigarh & Mohali. The bus route caters to all the convenient pickup points. The public bus facility can also be used to reach Kharar. Local transport is avilable to reach the institute which is about 2km from the Kharar bus stand.

Extra Curricular Activities

Sports

The campus has facilities of various indoor games, such as, table tennis, carom board and chess. Students also participate in outdoor games such as Volleyball, Tennis ball Cricket, tug-of-war, and Kho-Kho etc. in the campus.

Cultural Activities

Students at CMTR participate every year in Fresher’s welcome, Farewell and Annual Prize Distribution Function. The photo gallery contains the glimpse of all the functions at CMTR during the year.

Telephone

Communication being integral, thereof to meet the emergent requirements of students, CMTR has special telephone line facility.

Other Facilities

A complete power backup is available that enables the use of air-conditioners during the power cut, if any. First aid facility and a sick room is also available.
