Infrastructure Facilities at Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, [CRSU] Jind:

The university has well maintained and vast infrastructure with all the basic facilities available. Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, [CRSU] campus has facilities like the medical care unit, university library, hostel computer and information center, and sports arena. Below are the infrastructure facilities mentioned in details:

Library:

The library at Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University has a well-maintained library. Air Conditioned and well lit the library provides perfect reading space. Over 16,000 books related to all backgrounds are currently available in the library. A dedicated group of staff members, work together to keep the library going. Apart from books the library also has a collection of journals, magazines from national and international boundaries. All the subscribed journals are supplied by trusted agencies. 

E-books are also available. A separate section is allotted for Language Lab. The language lab offers a platform where students can improve and work on their communication skills. Library also has computers which are used by students for gathering online information for seminar and project purpose. Students can access the library from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 

Health Care Center:

The university has a health care center, which runs round the clock. It is located at Laxmi Bhai Girls Hostel. It is a spacious medical dispensary that has beds and other medical equipment. The center provides free medical treatment and medicines to students and faculties. Experience doctors and trained staff are present for any emergency. 

Hostel:

The university at Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University has a hostel allotted for girls named as Laxmi Bhai Girls Hostel. It is named after Rani Laxmi Bhai. The building was inaugurated in the year November 2014. The hostel rooms are well furnished and maintained. It can accommodate up to 240 students.

The hostel has all the basic amenities required for students. Water Purifier, Plasma TV, Geyser are some of the facilities available in the room. The hostel also has facilities for indoor games like carrom, chess table tennis, etc. Outdoor sports facilities for girls are also available which include basketball, volleyball, football.  

Regular medical checkups are conducted for all the hostel students. Hygenic and healthy food is served to the students. The hostel has its own mess. All kinds of Indian cuisines are available. The cuisines prepared are decided by the hostel committee.

Computer Lab:

The computer lab at Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University is known as Computer & Informatics Centre [CIC]. The purpose of this infrastructure is to provide computer knowledge and enhance the basic skill of the computing industry. The university believes in converting itself into a  digital university. The computers in the room are highly configured and installed with the latest software. All the systems are managed by the Dell Power Server. The room gets backup from a UPS which gives 8 hours backup in case of power interruption. The CIC also updates and maintained all the official website of the university. 

Research Cell:

The research cell in the university serves as a platform for students from different backgrounds to do research according to their field. 

Internal Quality Assurance Cell:

This particular section in the university is used for brainstorming, planning and monitoring the performance and growth of the university. Faculty and the administration discuss the syllabus and decide if any changes have to be done. 

Bharat Bodh Gallery:

This section display artifacts which are from historic Indian culture. It represents national pride and teaches the students to live in peace and harmony.
