The average salary offered is Rs. 5 lakh per year and highest salary being Rs. 15 lakh per year. Every year alumni meeting is organized by the college which strengthening the alumni network.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for getting admission in College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences is to pass the 10th and 12th in PCB stream and having English has one language. The students have to clear the NEET or RPVT exam to get admission in this college. The cut-off for my course is 67 to 70% marks in NEET.

Fees & Scholarships : Rs. 15,700 pa is the course fee for general category students and Rs. 5,700 pa is for SC/ ST students at College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences. The scholarship is given by College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences is NTS. 15% students take admission through all India quota and from other States. No loans are needed.

Academics & Faculty : The daily routine is from 9 am to 5 pm at College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences. Internal exams and university exams are conducted regularly for the students. Assignments are given to the students regularly. Teaching is done by well-experienced professors.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 8 hostels present at College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, in which 2 for girls and 2 for UG boys, 1 for intern boys, 2 for PG boys and 1 for couples. Hostel fees are Rs. 800 per month. There are many PGs are available near the campus which cost Rs. 5,000-8,000 per month. Food in college/hostel is of good quality and cost Rs. 40 per meal. Good quality and well-furnished classrooms, labs, dining halls, and a large central library with all facilities are provided to the students. There is a wifi facility available on the campus.

Clubs & Associations : Several student associations present at College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences like NSUI, ABVP etc. 17th AGRI-UNIFEST 2017 (agriculture and veterinary university) held on 22 - 25th Feb 2017.
