Infrastructure :-

The college building is quite eye-catching. With buildings situated in two campuses, a well-equipped library, a faculty building and a campus full of shade trees, the college displays an irresistible and appealing look. Demow College can surely boast of a healthy and serene campus environment. The college has provided indoor and outdoor game facilities for the physical development of the students. Game facilities such as table tennis, badminton, handball, carom, volleyball and cricket are made available for the students. The handball team of the college has played a pivotal role in the national level tournaments. The handball team is trained by a national level coach Md. Manjur Ali, an ex student of the college. A selective group of students participated in various events such as inter college football tournament/youth festival under Dibrugarh University. The college authority encourages the student community to participate in various sports activities within and outside the state. The college participates in inter college cricket and football tournaments organized by the university.

Library

The college has a well equipped library with a good collection of books on various subjects aimed at helping the students for promoting their knowledge. Apart from periodicals, journals, magazines, there are more than 10, 200 text books and reference books and scholarly journals with internet facility as on 31st December, 2013. Steps have been taken to equip the library with all modern facilities. The reading room is attached to the library.

Hostel

There is one boys’ hostel situated within the college campus and a girls’ hostel is to be opened soon.

Deepak Gogoi, an ex student of the college has been conferred the title Mr. India for the second time at Cooch Bihar held on 30th March,2014 and has been selected to represent India in the Mr. Universe Title to be held this year at Seoul (South Korea).
