• Candidates must have completed 10+2 or Equivalent.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Com

• Candidates must have completed 10+2 from any Board recognized in India.
• Candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% in 10+2 level.
• Reserved candidates get a relaxation of 5%

Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc

• Candidate must have completed 10+2 from any Board recognized in India.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 50% in 10+2 level.
• Candidate must have opted for science stream in 10+2 level.
• Reserved Candidates get a relaxation of 5% in minimum marks required.

Application Process for DHSK Commerce College, Dibrugarh

Application Process for BA, B.Com, B.Sc

• The College offers B.Com Course in both Morning Shift and Day Shift.
• H.S. Course only in the Day Shift
• Candidates seeking admission to the College are to apply in the prescribed ‘Admission Form’.
• Admission Form and Prospectus can be obtained along with the Prospectus from the office of the College on cash payment of Rs. 250/- only.
• Duly completed Application Form must be accompanied by the following documents.
• All the completed application forms must be submitted to the college before the last date.
• Incomplete Application Forms will be summarily rejected.

Enclosures - Attested Photocopies

• Mark Sheets of all examinations passed.
• Pass Certificate and Character Certificate from the school/college last attended.
• Age-proof Certificate.
• Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority wherever applicable.
• Two recent passport size photographs.
• Court Affidavit in case of any loss or gap in academic year.
• Candidates seeking admission under Sports/NCC/Scouts & Guides/Cultural/PH quota must submit relevent documents.
• Any other relevant documents.

Admission Process for DHSK Commerce College, Dibrugarh

Admission Process for BA, B.Com, B.Sc

• The Admission Committee will scrutinize all the Admission Forms submitted by the candidates.
• Then, the Admission Committee prepares the list of selected candidates for admission strictly on the basis of merit.
• The Admission Committee also follows reservation rules as per Government norms.
• Waiting lists are also prepared and a vacant seat is filled in from the candidates in that list on the same day of Admission.
• The date and time of direct admission will be notified after the declaration of the results by SEBA/ H.S. Council, Assam.
• The selected candidates have to be present personally on the day of the interview with all the relevant documents in Original for verification. 
• Candidate should also bring along with the counterfoil of the Application Form.
• A selected candidate must pay the Admission Fee on the day of the interview &Admission into the Bank: Account of the College
• If they fail to do so, his/her seat shall stand forfeited.
  
• No student can claim admission in B. Com First Semester class on the ground of his/her being a student of this college in the H.S. Course.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.

Direct Admissions

• Candidates securing 70% or more marks in the H.S. Examination can get direct admission in the B.Com First Semester, Day Shift
• Candidates securing 60% or more marks in the H.S. Examination can get direct admission in the B.Com First Semester, Morning Shift
• Candidates securing 60% or more marks in the H.S.L.C Examination can get direct admission in the H.S. 1st year class.
• As the number of seats for direct admission is limited, admission will be given on the First come, first served (FCFS) basis.
