Placements & Internships : Since its a general study program, we did not go through such internships, but eventually of seminars, holding various topics of our said so subject and others too. Alumni of this college are experienced, and co-operating be it regarding studies or any matter.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : I wanted to take admission to Dibrugarh Hanumanbux Surajmal Kanoi College [DHSK], Dibrugarh, taking a chemistry subject as my Major. I chose the royal group, which included PCM i.e. Physics, Chemistry, mathematics as my subjects. The admission procedure went through the mark sheet of the previous examination last appeared, here the AHSEC board mark sheet. Forms were issued online, and one willing to apply could fill them. A date of merit listed students was put out and accordingly on the said so date, the admission was done, on a merit basis.

Fees & Scholarships : Since it is a government college fee is also not too much 10,000-15,000 per year. Compensation to those who are unable to afford such money is also given on a merit basis. And scholarships in such regards. From a single department, 2 to 3 students who are good in studies but cannot afford fees are given scholarships.

Academics & Faculty : The daily routine is perfect. Although routine changes every year, but its the best. It starts at 9 o clock in the morning, and each period is for 45 minutes. After 3 periods or so there is a break time for fifteen minutes. Likewise, according to classes and practicals, one department has. The closing time gets to 3 or 4:30 in the noontime. Quality and methods of teaching are good. Old teachers retire and new teachers come. For new teachers starting days becomes a little difficult but with time it becomes ok. Worth mentioning is the environment of the college, which has improved a lot due to our new principal Dr. Sashi Kanta Saikia, who has done a tremendous job in making the college a better place. And allowing better faculty for teaching and other staff members.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are girls hostel and a boys hostel on the campus of our college. Besides, there are other pg, hostel, rent rooms outside nearby the college too. Fees of the hostel are 1000 per month. Hostels are homelike. Faculty and wardens are good-natured. There are discipline and punctuality is maintained. There are rules for hostelers which are being followed. Canteens are also provided on the campus. The food here is hygienic, and not of too much cost. For example. Puri sabzi or roti sabji costs 20 rupees. The classroom quality is good now. With tiles on floor digital teaching, whiteboards, better lab facility, a library for all, better common rooms. Etc.

Clubs & Associations : Student society is a major part. Every year elections are held. They create welfare benefits for the students. Festivals like fresher's, the farewell of students, youth festivals, cultural week, sports days, etc. are celebrated. Our college not only focuses on studying but also equally towards extracurricular activities.
