CLAT is a national level entrance exam is needed to clear in order to get admission to this College. It's an objective type exam with 5 sections namely legal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, verbal reasoning, logical reasoning and general knowledge with 200 questions to be solved in 2 hours. The cutoff fluctuates every year depending upon the difficulty of the exam. It can vary from anywhere around 110-140.
Placements & Internships :
Major recruiters from legal sector visit the university for placement, but not more than 10-15 people are placed. Average salary varies from INR 5 lakh to INR 8 lakh per annum. The college has a good alumni network. Alumni are the people practicing in supreme courts, big law firms, and even in high courts. Also, many of them are working as judicial and civil servants.
Fees & Scholarships :
The fees for BA LLB is around INR 1.4 lakh per annum which is including of hostel and mess fees. It's quite low compared to other national law universities. Scholarships are available for the students. Both Central and State government scholarships schemes are there for students. On an average arround 30-35 student get scholarship every year from each batch. Loan are easily available.
Academics & Faculty :
The daily routine is quite good. The classes start at 10 am and end at 4 pm in the evening. Each semester has 6 papers which include an end term exam, a presentation, and a term paper. The professors here are highly qualified and believe in overall learning. One can have a great experience here.
