Pre Sea Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria are as follows.

• Pre Sea Training For Electrical Officer- The eligibility criteria for this specialization is that candidates need to pass their 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics with a minimum of 60% and English as separate subjects with a minimum of 50% marks or must have passed three year’s Diploma with 60% marks or four year’s Degree, with 50% marks in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication/ Communication Engineering, or Electronics and Instrumentation or equivalent.
• Orientation Courses for Catering Personnel- The eligibility criteria for this course is that the candidate must have completed a Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized and reputed board or university. The candidate should be in the age group of 18-25 years and should have scored a minimum of 40% in English in 10th or 12th standard.
• General Purpose Rating Course- The eligibility criteria for this course is that a person needs to pass the criteria in every aspect of any field.
•  Certificate Course For Maritime Catering-The eligibility criteria for this course is that a person needs to pass the qualifying examination.
