Eligibility Criteria:

For M.Tech Biotechnology:

• Candidates should have completed their graduation 10+2 with a minimum 60% aggregate in Mathematics/ Biology, Physics, and Chemistry as the main subject
• Candidates should have qualified in GAT exam are eligible to apply
• Candidates should have completed their graduation B.Tech in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or B.Pharm or M.Sc in (Chemistry, Microbiology, Bioinformatics, and Biotechnology) with a Biology and Mathematics as main subjects

For M.Tech Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering & Natural Disaster Management), CSE, EEE, IT, Data Science:

• Candidates should have completed their graduation 10+2 with a minimum 60% aggregate in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as the main subject
• Candidates should have qualified in GAT are eligible to apply
• Candidates who have qualified in B.E/ B.Tech/ AIME are eligible to apply

For M.Tech ECE:

• Candidates should have completed their graduation 10+2 with a minimum 60% aggregate in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as the main subject

For M.Tech Radio-Frequency & Microwave Engineering:

For M.Tech VLSI Design, Digital Signal Processing:

Scholarships Offered:

• GITAM University offers financial assistance to the meritorious and deserving candidates.
• Merit-cum-means scholarships will be awarded to 5% of students in each department of the academic institutes of the GITAM.
• The students will be given Scholarship of Rs-80,000/- per annum
