For M.Tech Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering & Natural Disaster Management), CSE, EEE, IT, Data Science:
- Candidates should have completed their graduation 10+2 with a minimum 60% aggregate in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as the main subject
- Candidates should have qualified in GAT are eligible to apply

Scholarships Offered:
- GITAM University offers financial assistance to the meritorious and deserving candidates.
- Merit-cum-means scholarships will be awarded to 5% of students in each department of the academic institutes of the GITAM.
- The students will be given Scholarship of Rs-80,000/- per annum
