The goal of Training & Placement Cell is to provide employment opportunities & world class training to the students in leading organizations. Pre-Final year students of BE program undergo IDP training for their project in leading organizations as a part of their curriculum. This enables them to get exposure in tackling live problems that occur in the working of an individual entity. These project training, along with various industrial visits keep the students informed about latest industrial trends.

All the reputed organizations are coming to our college for campus recruitment. To achieve its goal, the Training & Placement Cell works towards recognizing the core competencies of students. It works through a close knit organization and has a structure which conveys information to the students at the fastest possible rate. The Training & Placement Cell firmly believes in ‘Industry-Institute Interaction’. In order to accomplish ‘Industry-Institute Interaction’, it organizes technical talks and seminars to provide a platform for the budding engineers to interact with professionals from various industries. It encourages visits to the industries by the college students. It arranges for industrial problems to be worked on by students as part of their projects.

The Training and Placement Cell functioning in the college is entrusted with the responsibility of guiding students for placement in credible organization and arranging the placement drives of reputed companies. This cell also organizes seminars, group discussions, and mock interviews as a part of career guidance and personality development. The Cell has modern infrastructure facilities for receiving various companies in the campus. The Training and Placement Cell of the Institute centrally helps in constituting the job carrier for the graduating students of all Departments.
