The passing percentage required for students is 35% to 50%, depending on the course.

The university gives 3 days time for candidates to register for the recheck application procedure. Students must obtain the GTU revaluation 2024 application form from the official website, fill out the form, pay a fee of INR 100 for each course, and submit it to the relevant department/ office.

The maximum number of subjects a student can get re-evaluated is four. After the revaluation, the highest of the new and old scores will be considered and published on the official website.

Gujarat Technological University (GTU) also provides the facility of remedial examination in case a candidate is dissatisfied with their performance in the exam. Aspirants who have completed their graduation or post-graduation and want a better division can also appear for the GTU remedial exam. Students can only take the GTU improvement test for theoretical examinations; they cannot take it for practicals, assignments, or laboratory marks.

The remedial examination form is filled out online with a digital payment system. Students have to adhere strictly to the published examination schedule.
