Eligibility Criteria at GURUKUL VIDYAPEETH, Chandigarh:

Eligibility Criteria for BCA:

• Candidates must pass 10+2 in any discipline from a recognised Board to be eligible to apply for this course.
• Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% to be eligible to apply for this course.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc:

• Candidates must pass 10+2 in any discipline from a recognised Board to be eligible to apply for this course.
• Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% to be eligible to apply for this course.

Lateral Entry:

• Matriculation with Diploma in any Stream such as CSE/IT/EE/ECE/E&IE/ E-Telecom/Electronics/Microprocessor

Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech:

• Candidates must pass 10+2 examination from a recognised Board to be eligible to apply for this course.
• Candidates must pursue Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in their 12th standard to be eligible to apply for this course.
• Candidates must pursue one of the Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology/ Computer Science in their 12th standard.

For Lateral Entry:

• Candidates must have passed Diploma examination from an AICTE approved institutions.
• Candidates must have secured at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in appropriate branch of Engineering /Technology.
• Candidates must have passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognised University as defined by UGC to be eligible to apply.
• Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in their Bachelor's Degree(45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category).
• Provided that in the case of students belonging to B.Sc. stream shall clear the subjects of Engineering Graphics/Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year engineering program along with the second year subjects.
• Provided further that, the students belonging to B.Sc. Stream shall be considered only after filling te supernumerary seats in this category with student belonging to the Diploma Stream.

Eligibility Criteria for MBA:

• Candidates must have a recognised  Bachelor’s Degree of Minimum 3 Years Duration.
• Candidate must have obtained at least 50% (45% in case of student belonging to reserved category)
• Candidates must be qualified in the GATE Examination.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Sc:

• All candidates who have passed any recognised Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 Years duration are eligible to apply for this course.
• Candidates must pursue Mathematics/ Statics /Business Mathematics/ Business Statics/ Quantitative Techniques/ Computer Science/ Information Technology as compulsory/optional/ additional paper as one of the subject either at 10+2 at graduation level.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech:

• Candidates must have obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in B.Tech/BE in the same field to be eligible to apply for this course.
• Candidates must have obtained at least 50% (45% in case of student belonging to reserved category).
• Candidates must be qualified in the GATE Examination.
