• IBS has extended the last registration date for the IBSAT Exempted Category Admissions to February 14, 2025. Interested candidates who wish to pursue an MBA/PGPM and have secured valid scores in the management entrance tests like CAT, NMAT, XAT and GMAT can apply.

IBS Gurgaon takes into account the scores of IBSAT, CAT, XAT, or NMAT for admission to the PGDM program. Candidates can apply for admission to the MBA/PGPM programs offered by IBS campuses through general.ibsindia.org. Registered candidates can schedule slots and download admit cards. 

Recently, IBS has extended the deadline for admissions under the IBS- exempted category. A micro presentation round has been introduced in place of the general group discussion rounds as a part of the IBS selection process. The candidates are offered an opportunity to showcase their communication skills and analytical abilities.

The candidates are assigned a topic by selecting a number between 1 to 100.  A one-minute preparation time is given and they need to deliver a 3-minute presentation. The candidates have to present before a batch of 9 to 11 fellow candidates. Also, two-panel members are there to judge the presentation.

IBS Gurgaon PGPM Admission 2025

IBS Gurgaon PGPM is a two-year postgraduate management program. The total academic fee for the course is INR 9.09 Lakh and the total seat intake for PGPM lies between 460 to 600. 

IBS Gurgaon PGPM Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the PGPM program offered at IBS Gurgaon are given below:

• Graduation (in any field) with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognized university or institute.
• Applicants must have studied English at their graduation too. 
• The minimum educational requirement for all applicants should be 15 years (10+2+3 or 10+2+4).
• Candidates who are in their last year of a bachelor's degree program may also apply, as long as they finish the criteria for graduation by May 31, 2025. Until they provide transcripts of grades and degree certificates verifying their eligibility, the admission will remain temporary. The deadline for submitting graduation documentation is November 1, 2025.

The selection process for the IBS Gurgaon PGPM program is given below:

Step 1: Entrance Exam

• Interested candidates must appear for the entrance exam CAT/XAT/GMAT or NMAT. 
• Based on the score of these exams, applicants may be exempted from IBSAT.

Step 2: Application Form

• Candidates must fill out the application form for the IBS institute. The application form is common for all the institutes and students must fill in their preference for the institute. 
• The application forms are available online or at several IBS offices all over the country. 
• Applicants who do not score the minimum required scores in the GMAT or CAT will be required to appear in the IBSAT. 
• To help students prepare for the IBSAT, IBS offers the free National Mock Test (NMT) each year. All Indian applicants for management are eligible to take the test, and the top scorers will get awards of INR 10,000. Step 3: Interaction

• Based on the scores of the entrance exams and academic history, applicants are called in for personal interaction.
