IIM Lucknow infrastructure provides modern amenities for holistic development. The institute is entirely residential with accommodation options for 500 students and 75 faculty members. IIML is also equipped with a shopping centre and other amenities. IIM Lucknow campus area is spread over 200 acres. Library

• IIM Lucknow library serves the information needs of its highly demanding clientele by providing a wide range of services.
• It has a massive collection of over 60,000 learning resources in management-related areas, in various formats. It is spread over 30,000 square feet.
• IIM Lucknow library also known as "Gyanodaya", is spacious and air-conditioned, built on modern lines.
• IIM Lucknow library is also equipped with ergonomically designed furniture & fittings.
• The institute has an enriched collection of 46133 books, 192 current periodicals, 4974 e-journals, 22453 back files, and 88 e-databases.
• IIML library is open 24/7, every day of the week, excluding gazetted holidays.
• Additionally, the library offers additional services, like reprographic services, borrowing, and retrospective searches.

Computer Centre

• IIM Lucknow has a centrally air-conditioned computer centre spread over 7,500 square feet. 
• IIM Lucknow campus has computing tools to support administrative and academic needs.
• The campus-wide network of IIML Computer Centre, which connects computers on various platforms with various servers, is built on a fibre optic backbone.
• Indian Institute of Management Lucknow servers has access to more than 1500 wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) network nodes over the network, which they can use to share various hardware and software resources. 

Hostel

• IIM Lucknow campus provides accommodation facilities. It has 128 air-conditioned rooms to give the students comfortable lodging options.
• IIM Lucknow infrastructure for the hostel includes two buildings, i.e., Chanakya and Patanjali, that houses the guesthouse rooms.
• Each building includes 64 air-conditioned rooms with LCD televisions, Wi-Fi, a tea-coffee facility, and other basic facilities. In addition, Chanakya also has a dining hall.
• IIM Lucknow hostel rooms have modern facilities for a better learning experience. 

Mini Departmental Store and Services 

• IIM Lucknow is a town in itself with a shopping complex run by the Kendriya Bhandar and other amenities. 
• A cafeteria, post office, bank, and departmental store provide Indian Institute of Management Lucknow campus inhabitants with daily needs. 
• IIM Lucknow campus area also has a 24-hour STD/PCO communication centre, tea/coffee vending machines.
• In addition, IIM Lucknow infrastructure has a health centre and Kendriya Vidyalaya for the daily requirements of campus residents.

Medical Facilities

• IM Lucknow infrastructure includes medicare support through in-house medical officers. 
• The campus also has a dispensary with a network of affiliated hospitals. Employees can reimburse their Mediclaim insurance to cover hospitalisation and other related expenses.
• The health centre operates on four beds with doctors and paramedical experts.
• The consultant physicians are a resident physician, a gynaecologist, and three part-time physicians: a physician, a homeopathic physician, and a physician.
