Academics & Faculty : Classes are from morning 9 am to evening 4 pm. It also includes the library hours in that timetable. Presentations and assignments are given after completion of every weekend. The method of teaching is very interactive with the faculty which helps in improving communication skills, knowledge level as well as curiosity for learning. My overall experience in college is very good.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for admission is, the interested candidate must have completed his graduations in any field from approved university. There is no specific age limit, and the simple process of selection is followed , there are mainly 3 steps in the selection process that are ENTRANCE EXAM THEN GROUP DISCUSSIONS AND INTERVIEW. Entrance exams like CAT, CMAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA are considered. I had appeared for MAT exam. The cutoff changes every year as per the requirement of college.
Placements & Internships : As I m the first year student I have not yet gone through any internship but it is there in our programme at the end of the first year for 3 months in any company you are selected and we call it as CTS i.e corporate training segment. Key companies coming to our campus come from the field of agro inputs, food processing, commodities, banking, retail, and plantations. and the average salary figures is INR 5 LPA. Alumni network is great.
Fees & Scholarships : The total course fee including hostel and mess is INR 6.5 LPA and also there are scholarships for the students from OBC, SC, ST, NT etc category from central gov or state gov if some candidate cannot afford fees then we can also get an educational loan. As the college is under the ministry of commerce and industry an autonomous institution it has tied up with the United Bank of India which is nationalised bank.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The hostel and mess are inside the campus (girls as well as boys) and its charges are included in fee structure itself. It is nice green campus and in the heart of the Bangalore city also there is one branch of UNITED BANK on the campus itself. Food is very good and as it national institute it follows all eating habits and eating menu. the classrooms are ventilated classrooms also with AC and classroom structure is quite interactive. There is wifi connection throughout the campus for 24 x 7.
Clubs & Associations : Several student societies are present in the college. Life in college is great.
