IIIT Delhi B.Tech is a full-time program offered in 8-semester to students. IIIT Delhi B.Tech course is offered in 10 different specializations like Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and more.
Admission to the IIIT Delhi B.Tech course is based on the result of the JEE Main exams. Once the exams are over, students must register for JoSAA counseling. For counseling, candidates are shortlisted for admission based on their exam results. The JEE Main 2025 Session 1 exam is scheduled to be conducted from January 22 to 31, 2025.
IIIT Delhi B.Tech Eligibility Criteria
The IIIT Delhi B.Tech eligibility criteria require students to clear 10+2 with compulsory subjects of Maths, Physics, and Chemistry and valid JEE Main scores. Candidates must have scored above 75% in 10+2 or be among the top 20% percentile of applying students. After this, students are required to appear for JEE Main and then appear for JoSAA counselling.

If students have selected IIIT Delhi as an option for college, they will be allotted to it if there are seats available in the stream of their choice. Students can apply for IIIT Delhi admission by applying for JEE Main, and the steps to do so are given below:

- Register using your contact details.
- Generate a password and keep it secure, along with the registration number.
- Log in again using the password.
- Fill in the application form.
- Choose IIIT Delhi as one of the college options.
- Upload the required documents.
Entrance Exams
Students seeking admission into IIIT Delhi for B.Tech courses should take the JEE Main entrance exam conducted by NTA.
