IHM Meerut- Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition Scholarship Details

Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition offer scholarships to help the economically weaker and meritorious students. The scholarships are offered under certain terms and conditions of the college. Further details about the IHM Meerut scholarship are given below.

Scholarship Details for Boys

• Scholarship of 5% will be awarded in the subsequent years to the meritorious male students based on their percentage in the 1st, 2nd & 3rd-year examinations, respectively and eligible according to the various criteria. 
• Students must have a minimum of 80% and above marks in the 1st / 2nd /3rd-year final examination.
• The students must have at least 85% attendance in the academic year. 
• All the assignments must be submitted by the due date. 
• The students must submit their tuition and hostel fees by the due date.
• The students have no disciplinary action against them in the academic year. 
• Eligible candidates can apply for the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition Meerut scholarship on the prescribed form. The forms will be vetted by the scholarship committee, which will recommend the percentage of scholarships given the sliding scale, keeping in view the availability of funds. 

 Scholarship Details for Girls

• All girl students applying to the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition Meerut will be given a 5% scholarship in the first year.
• The girl students of IHM Meerut will receive an additional scholarship in the first year as per their percentage.
• To receive an Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition Meerut scholarship of 5% in the subsequent years, the girl students must fulfil the eligibility criteria.
• The student must have a minimum of 85% attendance in the academic year. 
• The female candidate must have secured at least 75% marks in the final examinations of the 1st / 2nd /3rd / year. 
• All the assignments must be submitted by the due date. 
• The students must submit their tuition and hostel fees by the due date.
• Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship on the prescribed form. The forms will be vetted by the scholarship committee, which will recommend the percentage of scholarships on the sliding scale, keeping in view the availability of funds.  

Scholarship for Defence Ward 

• All Defence (serving & retired) wards are offered a 5% scholarship in the first year only.
• In the 1st / 2nd / 3rd years, the Defence (Serving & Retired) wards will be eligible for the IHM Meerut scholarship as per the eligibility criteria.
• During admission, the students eligible for this criteria are requested to bring a Serving Certificate from CO Unit, AHQ, AG’s Branch Service Particulars Retired Officers/ECHS Ex-servicemen Card (For Officers) and Discharge Book (JCO/OR).
