The IITM Janakpuri campus provides a pleasant and intellectually stimulating ambience. It has spacious Air-Conditioned lecture theatres, computer labs with i5 computers, a well-stocked library and other essential infrastructural facilities. The IITM Janakpuri facilities boast a modern infrastructure of LCD projectors, state-of-the-art computer labs, and other facilities to facilitate a rich learning experience for modern-day students. The following is a list of the IITM Janakpuri campus infrastructure facilities.

Classrooms

• IITM Janakpuri infrastructure has air-conditioned and equipped with multimedia and audio-visual equipment to facilitate effective learning.
• Each classroom has a system loaded with Ubuntu and has Internet and Intranet connectivity.

IT Labs

• IITM Janakpuri facilities include IT Labs with 180 computers with internet connectivity of 50 Mbps.
• The configuration of systems is core i3(4th Generation) & i5(6th Generation) processors with 4 GB RAM.
• The latest Operating System is Windows 7. IT lab has two windows servers. Institute is equipped with WiFi

Library

• IITM Janakpuri campus has a library with access to various research papers in different areas through DELNET.
• It also has an air-conditioned reading room with the latest editions of more than 29000 books by eminent authors to fulfil all the requirements of the faculty and students.
• The availability of any book can be verified on library OPAC. 
• In addition, the library has a good collection of CDs and cassettes containing useful information on all the fields of a study conducted at the institute.

Canteen

• IITM Janakpuri infrastructure has a student canteen facility with a bursting atmosphere of the multi-cuisine cafeteria serving various snacks and meals.
