Infrastructure Facilities at Institute of Management Education & Consultancy:

Campus:

• Institute of Management Education & Consultancy is located at Rudrapur, Uttrakhand
• The institute is located at the industrial belt of SIDCUL, a hub with more than 400 industry units
• The campus includes lecture & tutorial rooms, seminar halls, library & reading room, language lab, IT lab, etc.
• IMEC also has a recreation room and an in-house cafeteria. The college also has a medical room and well equipped with power back up

Seminar Hall:

• IMEC has a spacious seminar hall with state of the art technology where they conduct seminars, workshops, and guest lectures
• The seminar hall is also well equipped with audiovisual aids that facilitate interactive & effective learnings

Lecture & Tutorial Rooms:

• IMEC has classrooms and tutorial rooms for the students well equipped with multimedia projectors and infrared pointers, whiteboards, etc.
• The classrooms are used both for regular classes as well as Remedial Classes and Journal Clubs
• Tutorial rooms are used for development programs and remedial sessions

Recreation Rooms:

• The institute has a recreation room for the students to spend their leisure time and refresh their minds from rigorous study sessions
• IMEC Recreation Room has indoor games, multi-media games, and newspaper & magazines
• Students are issued laptops by the institute to use the multimedia gaming facility in the common recreation room

Library & Reading Room:

• IMEC has a well-stocked and fully automated library with latest books and journals
• Around 500 books are available in different functional areas of management
• The library has e-journals, corporate & industry information and country research databases like EBSCP Business Source Complete, J-Gate Social & Management Sciences
• The library is associated with National Digital Library for online resources and various websites for e-books, open case methods
• IMEC is also associated with SWAYAM

IT Lab:

• The college has an IT Lab on the campus
• IT Lab resources include Linux based OS (KALI LINUX), Windows 7 and various application software like MS Office/ Open Office consisting MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Use of Open Source Softwares is promoted by IMEC. The Lab has a server room and all the systems are connected to the internet with leased bandwidth of 20mbps
• Faculty, staff, and students have access to IMEC’s wireless network throughout the campus

Language Lab:

• IMEC houses a language lab  that is designed to help students with Communication skills, Confidence building, and other developmental activities 
• The students are provided elementary knowledge of international languages like English, French, Chinese, and Spanish
• The lab is equipped with 4 computer terminals with software supported by audio-visual aids
• The students are exposed to a variety of listening and speaking drill that helps them in quizzes, extemporary speaking, debates, skits, etc.

Other Facilities:

• IMEC has an in-house Cafeteria that serves the student, staff, and faculties with meals at subsidized rates
• The institute also has a medical room with a doctor available on call to provide checkups, first-aid assistance in times of emergencies
• The college also has electric power back up which gives uninterrupted learning in the campus
