Helping them get there is the pleasant duty of Placement Division of the ISTS Womens Engineering College. With the clear-cut objective of placing all meritorious students before completing their course, the full-fledge Placement Division goes about its work with missionary zeal. It undertakes multi-pronged strategies and focused activities such as presentations, industrial visits, printing and circulation of Placement Bulletins with student profiles, encouraging both campus and off-campus Recruitment Programmes, etc. .
Especially they conduct Employee Readyness Programme(ERP) Throug this programme Students get the knowledge and learn new things Everyday . A senior faculty member serves as Placement Coordinator and is ably assisted by Placement Officers. Personality development programs are conducted to enhance the soft skills of students. The department of English is lending a helping hand for this program.
Hi-tech Facilities
The Placement Division has a Seminar Hall, GD Rooms, Interview Halls, Placement Office and Rest Room. The Seminar Hall, equipped with modern facilities such as LCD Projector, Laptop and PA Systems, can comfortably accommodate about 150 students.
Equipped to respond swiftly to the needs of both the Companies and the students alike, the Placement Cell has dedicated Computers with full time Internet Facility. A well-classified database of Companies and Students is maintained to facilitate the recruitment process.
