Placements & Internships : Maximum recruiting is done by IT companies like Wipro and Infosys with 4 lac/annum as the average salary. A decent number of students get placed with packages ranging from 5-10 lac/annum. Amazon usually takes away the top crop of packages close to 20lac/annum.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Admission to the college is based on merit and on your JEE mains rankings. A rank upwards of 70-80k will generally make you eligible to opt for the CSE course in Sec-62 which is very reputed. Lower ranks will have to settle for other courses or CSE in Sec-128 branch of the college. The college has a great coding environment and good placement records.

Fees & Scholarships : JIIT's course fee is about 3lacs per annum. Scholarships are available to students with poor financial backgrounds.

Academics & Faculty : The daily routine can be pretty hectic with classes continuing from 9 am to 5 pm. 2-3 hours of break is an average while it can get lower certainly not higher. The quality of teaching is generally good. The overall college experience is enjoyable.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The college has ample hostel facility available, however, these are provided on the basis of merit as well and students falling on the lower half the spectrum can miss out. Hostels are very comfortable and ABB-3 is arguably the highlight of JIIT. Hostel fee is about 60k for 6 months which have to be paid upfront. PGs are readily available around the college for a variable price. The food quality in the college isn't something to brag about. Food/laundry is included in the hostel fee for hostelers. The infrastructure of the college is pretty good with wifi facilities available at most parts of the college.

Clubs & Associations : The college has many societies for students to partake. It is in fact what makes the coding atmosphere so great in the college. Other hobbies/fields can also be taken up with societies like robotics/photography /art and writing. The main festivals on campus are 'Impressions' the annual college festival of JIIT sec-62 and 'Converge' the annual college festival of JIIT Sec-128. Two college fests for the price of one.
