Entrance Exams & Admissions :
College accept CAT, MAT and similar examinations and follow the eligibility bracket for entrance exams, the process is pretty straight forward. You need to apply through the college website, and after that you'll be provided with a date for preliminary rounds and interviews. The selection depends on the performance in the personal interview.
Fees & Scholarships :
Jindal Global Business School, [JGBS] Sonepat fee structure. The course fee is 5.5 lacs and hostel charges are 2.4 lacs per year, scholarships are available on the basis of performance in the entrance examinations, and few other factors. And scholarship provides a waiver of 70k to 1.5 lacs on the fees per year. You are required to pass all the subjects without backs to continue the scholarship for the next year.
Academics & Faculty :
Over all experience have been great. There are three lectures a day, 1.5 hours each. Projects and assignments are given on a regular basis just to keep ourselves engaged in the course. Teachers are super helpful in almost every aspect, they listen and help us clear out every doubt we have. The college also adopts various e learning facilities such as Moodle and UMS, that help us further read about the topics.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities :
As this is my first semester, and due to COVID we can't go to the hostels so i am not so certain about hostels, the college is situated on Narela Road and connects directly to Delhi, so I suppose the PG facilities are available nearby. The hostel fee is 2.4 lacs per year, including meals, washing etc etc.
Clubs & Associations :
College has many many societies and one can find one or other for his choice from basic like Music, Dance to theatre, comedy, cultural clubs etc. Festivals again I'm not sure of as we have not been to campus yet. The rest experience yet has been great, we have had many supportive seniors through these societies and I just love being part of them.
