Having proved its mettle in providing talented professionals as per the needs of the various sectors, the cell provides a well developed holistic training in order to upgrade the students' technical, aptitude as well as communication skills on a regular basis to make them “corporate ready”.

The placement process at JKPS is generally a student managed activity recognizing the importance attached to placement activities by student, there is a placement committee to provide overall supervision and directions for final as well as summer placements of the students. This committee consists of a Faculty coordinator and a group of faculty members who work in close co-ordination with the student’s representatives. Through a stringent selection process, JKPS picks out students with a drive to succeed, a high level of integrity, a sense of purpose, a strong sense of ethics, pro-activeness and an adaptability to change.
