Eligibility Criteria at Kamla Nehru Institute of Physical and Social Sciences, [KNIPSS], Sultanpur:

Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech:

• The Candidate must have passed 10+2 examinations with physics, chemistry & mathematics from any Board recognized in India.
• The candidate should have an average of minimum 60% (SC/ST-55%).
• The candidate should have appeared in the Entrance Examination i.e, UPTU/APTU.
• The candidate should also have a rank declared which is valid.

 For Lateral Entry (3 years):

• The candidate should have passed a diploma examination or equivalent examination.
• The candidate should have an aggregate marks of 50% in the final year of his/her Diploma Examination or 10+2 examination.
• For candidates belonging to categories like SC, ST and other Backward Classes the minimum aggregate required is 45% marks.

 Eligibility Criteria for Diploma:

• The candidate should have appeared in the Entrance Examination i.e, BTU.
• The Candidate must have passed 10th examinations with physics, chemistry & mathematics from any Board recognized in India.
• The candidate should have an aggregate mark of 50% with physics, chemistry & mathematics.

 Eligibility Criteria for BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.P.Ed, B.Ed, LLB:

• The Candidate must have passed 10+2 examinations from any Board recognized in India.
• The candidate should have an average of minimum 60%.
• For categories like SC/ST, candidates the eligibility is an aggregate of 50% marks.

 Eligibility Criteria for B.Pharm, M.Pharm:

• The candidate must have passed 10+2 examinations with Physics, Chemistry & Biology/Mathematics from any Board recognized in India.
• The candidate should have an average of minimum 60% (SC/ST-55%).
• The candidate should have appeared in the Entrance Examination i.e, SEE-UPTU.
• For M.Pharm,the Candidate should have a B.Pharm Degree from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks.

 Eligibility Criteria for MA, M.Com, M.Ed, M.Sc:

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, BSc etc.) with a duration of minimum 3 years or a higher Degree.
• The candidate should have an aggregate of minimum 60%.
• For candidates belonging to categories like SC/ST, the minimum marks required is an aggregate of 50% marks.

 Eligibility Criteria for MBA:

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, BSc etc.) with a duration of minimum 3 years or a higher Degree.
• The candidate should have an average of minimum 50%.(For SC/ST 45%)
• The candidate should have appeared in any of the following Entrance Examination i.e, UPTU/CAT/MAT.

 Eligibility Criteria for Nursing:

• The candidate must have passed 10+2 examinations with English from any Board recognized in India.
• The candidate should have an aggregate of minimum 45 %.
• The candidate should be medically fit for G.N.M and A.N.M.

• The candidate should click on ActivityTab as shown below to fill the Application form for the respective course.
• The candidate will be directed to the Application form.

Step 3:

• Here, the candidate should first fill in his/her Personal details.
• The candidate should upload his/her Photo.
• For B.tech candidate should have to fill UPSEE/AIEEE rank
• For MBA candidate should have to fill CAT/MAT rank.
• The candidate should have to tick the courses applied for

Step 4: Continues with the form

Step 4: The candidate should fill in details about his/her Educational Background.

Step 5: Name any Awards/medal/prized/scholarships/certificates/honours etc.

Step 6: The candidate need to fill declaration at last for the final submission.

Application Process for BA, B.Sc, BBA, B.Ed, LLB, MA, M.Sc., M.Com.

• Here, the candidate should first fill in his/her Personal details.
• The candidate should upload his/her Photo.

• The Admission process is through UPTU/APTU and should have an aggregate of 45% in the approved Intake for B.tech candidates.
• The Admission process is through CAT/MAT/UPTU and should have an aggregate of 50% for MBA candidates.
• The Admission process is through SEE-UPTU and should have an aggregate of 60% for B.Pharm and M.Pharm candidates.
• Admissions strictly on merit basis.
• Alternatively, The candidate should visit the college in person and meet the Admission counselor or the respective head of the department to know more about the various courses and other details.
• The candidate should submit his/her application for registration.
• The candidate should provide various other documents along with the Application.

 Admission Process for BA, B.Sc, BBA, B.Ed, LLB, MA, M.Sc., M.Com:
